PURPOSE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Le Domaine de Rose and any person making a reservation, whether it has been made:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>direct (telephone, email)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or via an online booking platform, such as Booking.com<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All bookings imply full acceptance of these GTC, without exception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 2 - DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Domaine de Rose offers furnished cottage rentals including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rooms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Living room and dining room<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fitted kitchen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outdoor spaces and garden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pool (depending on season and weather conditions)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>spa (depending on season, maintenance and upkeep)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>access to the estate's facilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The estate also houses animals (miniature horses, ponies, chickens, sheep).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The equipment and services are described on the official communication materials and may change without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 3 - DIRECT BOOKING<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The reservation is considered firm and definitive after :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>acceptance of these terms and conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>payment of a deposit of 20% of the total cost of the stay<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The balance must be paid before arrival as agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of non-payment of the balance within the specified timeframe, Le Domaine de Rose reserves the right to cancel the booking without any refund of the deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 4 - BOOKING VIA THE PLATFORM<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When booking through Booking.com:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The pricing conditions, payment terms, and cancellation conditions are those validated on the platform at the time of booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>These conditions prevail for commercial aspects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These General Terms and Conditions apply to :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use of the g\u00eete<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The internal regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The deposit and its deductions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tenant's liability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use of the facilities (including swimming pool, spa)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance with safety regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prohibitions and occupation conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 5 - PRICES<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The prices are expressed in euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the provision of the g\u00eete<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to facilities according to season<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A cleaning fee of \u20ac160 is to be added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An additional cleaning charge may apply in the event of the property being left in an abnormal condition (excessive dirt, waste not removed, damage requiring specific intervention).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The corresponding costs may be deducted from the security deposit, with supporting documents provided if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 6 \u2013 CAUTION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A deposit of <strong>900 \u20ac<\/strong> is requested before arrival or upon key handover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It notably covers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deterioration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Breach of regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excessive cleaning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>equipment deterioration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-compliance with swimming pool\/spa safety regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fees for late departures or exceptional services\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The deposit may be partially or totally retained to cover justified damages or costs. The refund will be made after inspection of the premises, within a reasonable timeframe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 7 \u2013 CANCELLATION TERMS (DIRECT BOOKINGS)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: full refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation between 13 days and the day of arrival: 100% of the cost of the stay is due<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Early departure: no refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 8 \u2013 ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Arrival<\/strong> between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any unannounced delay or arrival outside of this timeframe may result in the partial or total cancellation of the booking or additional charges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The owners reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation in case of non-compliance with the scheduled times or lack of prior communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Departure<\/strong> before 10 am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any departure outside of scheduled times may incur additional charges., <strong>even if a late departure was permitted<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The fees may cover:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Staff overtime<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extra cleaning service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prejudice related to the arrival of other occupants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The owners reserve the right to deduct these charges from the security deposit if necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Special arrangements<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any changes to the schedule must be confirmed in writing or by email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirmation of a late departure <strong>does not guarantee that no charges will be incurred<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 9 \u2013 USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL AND SPA&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The swimming pool and the spa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>are unsupervised<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are available depending on the season and technical conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are used at the occupants\u2019 own risk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Obligations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Constant and active supervision of children<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strict adherence to safety procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shower required before use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No food in the water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prohibition of dangerous behaviour in water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Failure to comply with safety and usage instructions is the sole responsibility of the tenant.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Domaine de Rose shall not be held responsible for an accident resulting from:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Of recklessness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From a lack of supervision<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disregard of displayed rules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 10 \u2013 ESTATE ANIMALS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Domaine de Rose is home to animals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is strictly forbidden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to feed the animals without permission<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to enter the enclosures without supervision<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to provoke or frighten animals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Children must be supervised at all times in close proximity to animals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any injury resulting from inappropriate behaviour or failure to follow instructions will be the sole responsibility of the occupants.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 11 \u2013 PROHIBITIONS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Are prohibited:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Smoking indoors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unauthorised parties and gatherings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excessive noise pollution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pets (unless otherwise agreed with the riders)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 12 \u2013 LIABILITY<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The tenant is responsible for :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>damage caused during the stay<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>child supervision<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>respect for neighbours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the correct use of equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Domaine de Rose declines all responsibility in the event of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>theft or loss of personal items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accidents resulting from the improper use of the facilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>failure to comply with safety instructions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 13 \u2013 ASSURANCE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The tenant must be covered by third-party liability insurance including a holiday letting clause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A certificate may be requested before entering the premises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 14 \u2013 TERMINATION OF CONTRACT AND EVICTION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Any serious breach (endangerment, damage, nuisance, failure to supervise children, failure to observe swimming pool\/spa safety regulations) may result in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>immediate expulsion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>partial or total withholding of the deposit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>no reimbursement of the remaining stay<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 15 \u2013 NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The maximum number of people allowed is the number indicated at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any additional undeclared person may result in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>immediate cancellation of the stay<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the security deposit retention<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or an additional charge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 16 \u2013 FORCE MAJEURE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Domaine de Rose shall not be held liable for any inability to fulfil its obligations due to an event of force majeure (natural disaster, fire, major technical failure, power outage beyond its control, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In these cases, the sums paid will be reimbursed without further compensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 17 \u2013 HOUSING ACCESS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Landlords reserve the right to access the property in the event of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>emergency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>technical problems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>of suspected serious non-compliance with these General Terms and Conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After informing the occupants in advance, except in an absolute emergency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 18 \u2013 LOST PROPERTY<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Forgotten items can be returned to the client upon request, at their expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If they are not requested within 3 months, they may be retained or destroyed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 19 \u2013 DATA PROTECTION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal data collected is necessary for the management of reservations and for legal obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They are processed in accordance with the RGPD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Travellers have the right to access, rectify and delete their data upon simple written request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 20 \u2013 VIDEO SURVEILLANCE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Certain outdoor areas of the estate may be subject to video surveillance for security purposes, in accordance with current French regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The devices do not concern internal private areas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 21 \u2013 MEDIATION AND DISPUTES<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the absence of an amicable agreement, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 22 \u2013 GOVERNING LAW<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These GCS are governed by French law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 23 \u2013 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All bookings imply full
