Passionate winemaker
Élodie embodies the 11th generation from a line of Champagne winemakers located in Écueil, in Premier Cru, in the Marne, since the 17th century. Heir to a know-how passed down through generations – of which four carried by women – she perpetuates this tradition with passion and rigor.
In her vineyards, predominantly planted with Pinot Noir, she favors soil work and environmentally friendly practices. certified organic agriculture. Each cuvée reveals the authentic expression of its terroir: elegant, powerful, and sincere Champagnes.
Behind every bottle, Élodie shares her love for the vineyard, her attachment to family roots, and her desire to offer wines that accompany life's precious moments.
FABRICE

Former professional rugby player and salesman, Fabrice traveled through France: Paris (ACBB, Stade Français), Châteauroux, Biscarrosse, and Jura. In 2014, he reunited with Élodie, his childhood sweetheart, and discovered by her side The world of Champagne.
Together, they opened, in 2017, Bubbles & Bliss, Champagne Bar, and Élodie's Residence, guest apartment located in Épernay, at 73 Avenue de Champagne, a prestigious classified avenue gold UNESCO World Heritage.
Carried by their energy, they then renovated 71 Avenue de Champagne, where they opened in 2023 a gourmet restaurant, new rooms and suites, as well as a spa in cave, offering their guests a unique and warm experience.

Why Lourdes?
“After growing up in Ecueil, a wine-growing village between Reims and Épernay, in the heart of Champagne, I represented the 11th generation of a winemaking family. While this land passed down to me a unique history and expertise, I also felt the weight of a family legacy where unspoken issues, jealousy, and competition took up too much space. After a 30-year career managing a vineyard, I am stepping down to make way for a new generation, my son Pierre-Marie's generation.
I've decided to turn the page and write a new one, more in line with my values. We will continue our bed and breakfast adventure… but this time in Lourdes, a more spiritual and less ostentatious city than Épernay. Lourdes became an obvious choice: a place imbued with spirituality, kindness, and humanity, where I can now flourish fully and share in a different way under the gaze of our Virgin Mary and in the footsteps of Bernadette Soubirous.”

Our daughter Rose lent her name to these places of welcome and sharing.
Source of inspiration and joy, Rose embodies the flower that symbolizes both lThe simple beauty and the strength of life. Through her presence and her light, she reminds us that every welcome, every smile, is a gesture from the heart. It is from her that the desire to make these places a haven of peace was born, where the beauty of nature dialogues with inner serenity.
The Soul of the Rose
In Lourdes, the rose takes on a very special resonance. Symbol of Purity, love, and hope, it is a sign of the Virgin Mary, the one sometimes called Rosa Mystica, the Mystical Rose. A flower that is both celestial and terrestrial, it connects the visible to the invisible, the human heart to divine light. She expresses that discreet light that illuminates everyone's path.
Each rose in our gardens, each petal that opens, tells a story: that of nature, of a family, of a faith in life, and of places where the heart finds peace. The rose is much more than a flower: it is a golden thread that connects our history to that of places, an invitation to breathe, to believe, to love.
