ELODIE
Passionate winemaker
Élodie embodies the 11th generation from a line of Champagne winegrowers installed in Écueil, in Premier Cru, in the Marne, since the 17th century. Heir to a know-how passed down through generations – of which Four carried by women – she perpetuates this tradition with passion and rigour.
In her vineyards, which are mainly planted with Pinot Noir, she favours working the soil and environmentally friendly practices, the latter being certified organic. Each cuvée reveals the authentic expression of its terroir: elegant, powerful and sincere Champagnes.
Behind every bottle, Élodie conveys her love for the vineyard, her attachment to her family roots, and the desire to share wines that accompany life's precious moments.
FABRICE

Former professional rugby player and sales representative, Fabrice travelled throughout France: Paris (ACBB, Stade Français), Châteauroux, Biscarrosse, and the Jura region. In 2014, he reunited with Élodie, his childhood sweetheart, and discovered at her side The world of Champagne.
Together, they opened, in 2017, Bulles & Bonheur, Champagne Bar, and Élodie's Residence, guest apartment Located at 73 Avenue de Champagne in Épernay, a prestigious listed avenue gold UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Carried by their energy, they then renovated 71 Avenue de Champagne, where they opened in 2023 a gastronomic restaurant, new rooms and suites, as well as a Cave spa, offering their guests a unique and warm experience.

Why Lourdes?
“Having grown up in Ecueil, a wine-growing village between Reims and Épernay in the heart of Champagne, I was the 11th generation of a family of winegrowers. Whilst this land has passed on to me a unique history and expertise, I also felt the weight of a family legacy in which unspoken tensions, jealousy and rivalry took up too much space. After a 30-year career managing a vineyard, I am stepping down to make way for a new generation – my son Pierre-Marie’s generation.”.
I have decided to turn the page and start afresh, in a way that better reflects my values. We will continue our bed and breakfast adventure… but this time in Lourdes, a town that is more spiritual and less ostentatious than Épernay. Lourdes was the obvious choice: a place steeped in spirituality, kindness and humanity, where I can now flourish fully and share in a different way under the watchful eye of the Virgin Mary and in the footsteps of Bernadette Soubirous.”

Our daughter Rose has lent her name to these places of welcome and sharing.
A source of inspiration and joy, Rose embodies this flower, which symbolises both lThe simple beauty and the strength of life. Through her presence and her light, she reminds us that every welcome, every smile, is a gesture from the heart. It is from her that the desire to make these places a haven of peace was born, where the beauty of nature harmonises with inner peace.
The Soul of the Rose
In Lourdes, the rose takes on a particularly special resonance. A symbol of purity, love and hope, it is a symbol of the Virgin Mary, sometimes known as the Rosa Mystica, the Mystical Rose. A flower that is both heavenly and earthly, it connects the visible to the invisible, the human heart to divine light. She expresses that discreet light which illuminates everyone's path.
Every rose in our gardens, every petal that opens, tells a story: that of nature, of a family, of a faith in life and of places where the heart finds solace. The rose is much more than just a flower: it is a golden thread linking our history to that of these places, an invitation to breathe, to believe, to love.
Staying here is to enter one living and soothing universe, where nature, family and spirituality echo each other in harmony — like a bouquet of simple and sincere emotions, offered to each guest.
